This Autumn, the Irish legislature passed the first stages of an Act for the creation of a major new instrument for the euro-denominated bond market. All aspects of the instrument, including a step by step practical guide for issuers and a case study of an Irish pfandbrief 'in the making' were explored in this one day conference organised by Finance Dublin on October 24th 2001. The conference brought together all the leading players in this exciting development.
